We can also arrange any blood tests, vaccinations, diagnostics and X-rays if required usually in a single appointment and get you the information you need to complete your medicals quickly.

Your appointment can be arranged at short notice or last minute if you need a medical quickly.

HGV/LGV/PSV Driver Medicals

If you require a driver medical to start or continue with a profession, then you should definitely come to us here at Pall Mall Medical.

Whether you want to become a bus driver, lorry driver, we can provide you with a private medical examination.

We offer driver medicals enlisted below:

We can offer a same day medical so you do not have to wait for days to receive a full report about your health. The appointment takes about 15 minutes and includes an analysis of your medical history and general physical examination.

 

What do I need to bring to my driver medial appointment?

You will need to have a D4 medical form with you if you are attending for a driver medical. This can be downloaded from the DVLA website

You also need to have a photographic identification with you (i.e. photo driving licence or passport).

If you are not registered with Pall Mall Medical, we require a brief summary of your medical history from your NHS GP. This would be a list of you major injuries and/or illnesses and any medications that you may be taking.

HGV/LGV/PSV Driver Medical costs only £99.

 

Taxi Driver Medicals

A taxi driver has an incredibly responsible job involving the safe transportation of the public. It is imperative therefore that the individual is fit for the role.

We can provide you with a taxi medical if you are applying for a first taxi license or looking to renew your existing license.

We can offer a same day medical so you do not have to wait for days to receive a full report about your health.

The taxi medical can include a range of different tests. We offer an affordable and competitive rate for a taxi medical, and you can call us to discuss prices and services before committing to a taxi medical appointment.

Please note that the majority of councils allow their drivers to go to any registered doctor but it is important that you check with your licensing department before you come to Pall Mall Medical.

 

What do I need to bring to my taxi medial appointment?

You will need to have a copy of any forms provided by your local council for your taxi medical.

You also need to have a photographic identification with you (i.e. photo driving licence or passport).
